Ah, I have just lived the most amazing weekend of my entire life. Music + Sun + Worthy Farm = Absolute perfection. I'll try and make this quite short because I can't put into words how amazing it was.

Last Wednesday I got the coach from leeds at about 11am to go down to Glastonbury. I was so so tired since I went to Manchester the night beofore to go and see the Saturdays. They were £20 and it was a great night out with friends from work.. what can I say?! Haha, anyway it took us *12* hours to get there on Wednesday. The festival traffic was awful. Six of those hours was spent going just 10 miles! Ahh.

Anyway, got there tent up at 11p, etc. Was very hard since it was in the dark. Anyway, Thursday came and more of my friends arrived, set up, and we had a look around. One of my friends sisters and her b/f were there before us all so they found a great spot near the Pyramid stage. We met others aswell.. two 22 year old guys and two 33 year old women. It was great though because we all get on really well. We are planning to meet up again next year haha.

(I'll list my high lights)

The news of Michael Jackson dying reached us that night and that saddened us greatly, a true loss. But it was not getting to wreck our weekend. Anyway, Friday began and the first act to open the pyramid were Bjorn Again who were great XD Saw Regina Specktor later on in the day who was absolutely fantastic aswell. The best were still to come though! Later on Lily Allen played the Pyramid. Her crowd was *HUGE*! And she was so nervous... made me love her even more, she was so blown away though. We then legged it round to the Other Stage which took a while because of the crowds. Lady Gaga was performing there.. we got a great place and she agin was brilliant. So wierd but so talenented.

Saturday brought more amazing artists. My absolute highlight of Saturday though were The Script. I love there album anyway because it mean so damn much to me, and sums up so much for me personally and I was so so excited to see them live. And they did not let me down in anyway whatsoever. When they started I had a huge lump in my throat... and I don't care that they brought tears to my eyes, I had my sunglasses on LOL Its amazing what music can do to you, what emotions it covers. But they were just fantastic. I'm deffo going to get tickets if they tour again.

Bruce Springsteen was great that night too.. I don't know his music, but it didn't matter. I love it now. I feel so priveleged to see an absolute legend.

Sunday again was awesome and brought me another highlight. I'm not too fussed on Blur. Luckily The Black Eyed Peas were performing that night on The Jazz World Stage. We wanted front row places so we got there 2 hours early.. and got front row straight away! The wait was long, but an awesome african band played called Amadou et Mariam, or something. Brilliant stuff, great drumming. Gonna look them up for their music. Anyway, BEP were *MINDBLOWING*. They had so so so so so much energy and the reception they got was fantastic. Fergie came down to the audience railings and we were just a metre away. She is so so tiny but so damn sexy. I love her, and Will.I.Am came down to the railings aswell. Absolute legend. Whoever says they are bad live needs to see them live before they judge. So much engery. And they did a massive mix of michael jackson music which went down so well.

I have missed alot out here and just agev some of my personal highlights. I saw so many acts I can't name them all! But it was a brilliant weekend and will be deffo going next year. :)

I havent got the pictures onto the computer yet, but I thought I would write bit about Cyprus ^_^ Kinda blows that the holiday has ended because this UK weather is just very very crappy. When we came to land back at Manchester, all you could see was grey cloud, which pretty much sucked.

Anyway XD I think it was one of the best holidays ever! Its the first country I've been to apart from France, so its the farest I've been away from home, and it felt really cool. I'm not just over the channel, I'm 2121 miles away. ( According to the Cyprus Airways magazine I was reading on the plane XD )

So anyway, set off on the train on the saturday. Boring journey. Arrived at the airport, getting much more excited now hehe. The first thing we always do is go through into the main building and have lunch and watch all the planes come in and land. I love that bit. You see all these planes landing and some of those people are ending their holidays but ours is just beginning. So thats a really good feeling haha. After that we checked in, and I went to buy a magazine and I bought Billie Pipers Autobiography. We then made it through to the terminal where Mum spent ages looking at all the duty free and stuff, which was very boring haha. She ended up buying like 2 bottles of perfume... I hate this part though, the waiting. XD

We could finally start boarding the plane, so we made our way to the gate, stopping on the way cause I needed a piss, and we then we boarded. Found our seats, sat down, ready to go. We were all sitting there and then we had all the emergency warnings, and they played some Greek Music, getting us in the mood hehe. Oh and then these really cool TVs popped out from above us wwhich was cool XD They played a realy cheesy holiday/cyprus airways sort of video showing you attractions which an orgasmic sounding voice saying ' Relaaaax ' and stuff like that XD Then the delays started -_-

We backed out and I was getting well excited for take off. I love that bit! Anyway, the engines made a sound like they were starting. But it sounded really whiny and like a scraping noise. Like an old car starting up. We were all looking around at each other.. it just sounded so bad. One guy pushed the button and the hot airhostess called Evalina walked over to him. He asked her what they were doing and she said smiling and very calmly, " They are just trying to get the engines started."

I turned to my mum and said, " Trying?!" XD So anyway we were sat there for an hour with all these whiny scraping noises going on, and then they said we would have to unboard -_- It was really hot on the plane mind, though I got into the Billie Piper book. Anyway we got back to the duty free area and then we were just waiting for info. They eventually fixed the plane. It was delayed five and a half hours.

Though thats not as bad as one of the other ones that was going to Cyprus ( I think it was going there ). It was meant to take off at about 11am, but was delayed until 2am next morning o_O. Hate to think what happened there. It was more of an inconvenience, really. Anyway we finally took off. Good flight, the TVs showed us on a map where we were and what speed we were doing and the temperature outside, for a bit. That was interesting. 608 mph mostly all the way. The plane food was disgusting. It was lasagne. Ugh. Nothing like mums home made LOL XD They showed the movie Music and Lyrics but I just read, but I did tune in for the episode of the Simpsons haha.

Anyway we finally arrived at about 4:00am, when you add the time difference. Really tired by then. And we got into the airport and got the car we hired and drove to the villa. The villa was really really nice! Its not too big, but holds about 4 or 5 people. It was in the small village of Pissouri. Really nice place. The beach was awesome and the water really warm, and they had loads of restaurants. We ate out everynight. One of them was an Indian and it was the best Indian food I've ever tasted. It was so nice to be able to just eat outside, a rare treat in the UK. Also, we didn't get bitten by mosquitos once YAY!

The thing that nobody told my mum XD was that there are quite alot of cats in cyprus. She really doesnt like cats... And the all the restuarants seem to have one cat or more. One of them have a mother and six kittens, so she constantly jumped whenever she saw one. She didnt like that side of the holiday haha XD I was trying not to laugh and scare her when I could feel a kitten under the table attempting to climb my leg LOL

One of the best things about the restaurants though is that, at the end, some of them give you a free liquor drink. Quite a small one. But its pretty strong. They gave me them haha Though don't seem to mind giving underage people alcohol which was a nice treat. At one of the resturants they gave me a nice big glass of wine ^_^ That was reeally nice wine aswell! I ovwed that restaurant. It was beside the beach, so it was nice having dinner beside the sea, and they also did a thing called a Marshmallow Sunday YAY It was so so so nice. Chocolate Ice Cream, Strawberry Ice Cream and Vanilla Ice Cream topped with cream and marshmallows. Mmmmmmmm.

We got out loads. We got round quite a large part of the island, the Greek side. We didn't go into the Turkish side cause its hard to, and you need Passports and stuff. You see why when you go to Nocosia. When we went, we werre walking through the city and we came to a big grey wall which was being patrolled with guys with guns. It was a bit depressing and sad to see it =/ But there is some tension between the Turkish and greeks I think, but things are slowly improving which is good.

The Greeks and such such such nice people. Just so helpful and kind. When we went into the loval shops in the village they gave us some free grapes, or a free melon and stuff. It was just really nice. Anyway, yeah we got out loads. The cities are very very different to anything over here. There arent many high tall sky scrapers. And there is alot of development taking place... its hard to describe. Theres lots of buildings that are unfinished, or just have the structure to them. Theres quite alot of litter aswell. The shops are very spread out aswell. You would have to take a car to get to each shop XD You can find Debenhams, Next and M&S there aswell. Probably more...

Theres loads of history there. I;ve got loads of pictures of roman mosaics which are absolutly fan fucking tastic man! They are just.. amazing. really beautiful. The history is really interesting. Its amazing to see the ruins old buildings and churches though. The architecture is just awesome. Realy cool. I really loved that aspect =) We also drove up into the Troodos mountains. I nearly fell to either my death or survere pain here =P Its a real tourist spot and the top, tons of tack. Though I did buy a really cool new Leather wallet which smells awesome haha. Anyway there were these railings. Dad wanted a picture of me and my mum standing next to them. I leant on the railings and I nearly fell over, they were that unstable! Dad noticed at the bottome and they had installed the braket that should keep them up wrong, so its a real deathtrap. Gave me a real shock that did. But ohwell. The mountains are nice, but it isn't spectacular... got some nice pics though, the mountains look bluey cause there was a haze. Bit disapointed with the top though, a bit to touristy for our liking.

Were planning to go to a waterpark but we decided not to. Dunno why... I actually didnt feel much like it anyway. But swimming was awesome... the water was so warm in the sea and the beach was just so so hot.

It was sad to leave the villa for the last time =( And to leave Joannas shop. Its such a ledgendary village shop haha.. the girl on the til is really nice when you get to know her and she likes to have a joke and stuff. But yeah it was sad...

Pahphos airport is really small. Though the plane food this time was actually pretty good. We had meatballs, mashpotato and Peas. ^_^ The flight was pretty bumpy though, but I like that. I always feel it makes it much more exciting hehe. A plane was hijacked from the Turkish side on the same day, but thankfulyl we didnt hear about it until we got back, and thankfully it wasnt ours. But the people got out alive and well thankgod. We had to circle over Manchester which sucked caused we couldnt see anything cause we circling in cloud, and when we finally landed it was sad. I got a headache cause of the circling and gradually spiralling down.

And then we made it home... and I knew I should have put jeans on XD I was freezing in shorts and a tshirt!

But that is the end of my favourite ever holiday ^_^ When I get the pics onto the comp, then I'll probably remember more. Its nice thinking back over all the awesome fun times. :-)

Today is my Avril Anniversary. It is exactly two years today that I went to the Avril concert. A memory I will never ever forget ^_^

I went on Sunday May 22nd =) YAY! Hopefully will be able to see her again sometime next year when her world tour starts ^_^

In other news, my mum rung up to find out about the blood pressure test thingy since we've been waiting for about 5 weeks. Stupid NHS.

They said that its average, but its still a bit high. And also some of the readings are incomplete >_< Stupid machine. But anyway, I'm on a waiting list, so later in the year I'll have an appointment with a doctor. :-)

I had to go to the hospital today ( YAY - I'm wierd, but I love hospitals =D ) for one of my check ups. I have them about once every 2 years.

I had an operation when I was younger, a few months old, because I wasn't feeding properly. I had a narrowing of the main vein that goes back to the heart. ( I've forgotten its called... Will look up later. )

So yeah... I enjoy the checkups, because they put this camera to my heart and you can see it on the screen. Its bloody amazing! Really cool.. they also put it to my throat. I swallowed to see if it did anything XD But nothing happened so they must have been looking at something else.

Theres a But though :-\ They took my blood pressure and it turns out its higher than it should be for my age =( Its apparently quite normal for people who have had the same op. But they have attached me to this mobile machine which tightens every half hour XD Its well annoying.. my hand goes red and my veins pop out =P

Its just to see what my blood pressure does over the course of 24 hours... I have to have it on until 10:00am tomorrow morning. Then it gets sent back with the data to the hospital and they analzyse it and stuff... We'll have to see what happens.

I may have to have some medicine, or an operation. I'm not sure. It might not even be anything.. I could have been a bit nervous about going the hospital. But we'll have to see... for the moment, I'm pushing it to the back of my head. :-)

I am *so* glad that this week is drawing to a close, it has been insanely busy.

On monday I had a maths GCSE module in the afternoon, and when that had finished, I made my way to Physics, and had to do a physics ISA test. Then on Tuesday, I had another Physics ISA Test and then on that night I had a Saxophone lesson, but had some exciting news. Me and my teacher have decided to go crazy, but I'll talk about that in a minute. On wednesday I got to come out of school early which was good, but I came out to go to a Piano Exams XD It went ok... but I don't want to tell my mum or my teacher that I scared up the harmonic minors because Im afraid of what they will say. >_< I will just have to wait for the mark i guess... I'm a bit nervous about that. The pieces went well though i think... I enjoyed playing them aswell, however the piano was pure shite. It was so hard to play, which I guess affects my mark to some extent. And on wednesday night my Math tutor came round for an hour.

Anyway, on thursday, I had a Biology mock, which didn't go *so* well, and then the next lesson I had another Physics ISA test. But those tests are done now... On thursday night I had a Band rehearsel which made me so tired. Just shattered. And my lips were dead after a 2 hour practice. But we are working towards our next concert, which is gonna be awesome coz were playing loads of new song. ^_^

Anyway, yeah I'm glad I don't have anything on Friday nights anymore, I doubt I would cope. :P

Had some good highlights of the week though! On Tuesday, I went to my Saxophone lesson ( like I said earlier )and we talked about where we are going to now. I did my Grade 5 sax a year ago, and so we were looking at the Grade 6 pieces, and they suck. Then we looked at the Grade 7 pieces, and they to, suck. So my teacher said, " We could go completely crazy... and you could do your Grade 8 next Easter, if we work hard over the next year."

I *totally* agreed. Its gonna be awesome, I'm gonna work my *ass* off! My first Grade 8! I asked her what we wil do after that though, because I don't want my lessons to end coz shes really good. Shes an amazing muscian! Her and her b/f. Anyway, she said that, thats when the playing REALLY begins, because its so more complex and fun... I'm hoping to work on my improvisation then aswell.

I have also been wanting to write some lyrics and music this week. A really big craving, and I think I should try it. I might write some lyrics and post on the sani, because I've been having some really good ( imo anyway :P ) ideas this week. They probably won't be very happy songs.. I love writing stuff about stuff that gets on my nerves to get it off my chest. I think I'll give that a go tonight...

I need to rant about the maturity of people in my school though >_<

WHY ARE YOU ALL A BUNCH OF IDIOTS???!!!

Its a serious question. Ok, I know, I know, I'm not that mature. But I do not think I am 'well 'ard' and chuck stuff at other people in classes. People kept chucking stuff around the classroom in english today, and I got hit so many times >_<

I got sprayed with water, but the girl who did that is really nice and apologised at the end. I think shes hilarious. I used to have a really low opinion of her, and she despised me. Then we got sat next to each other in 2 lessons last year, and we agreed to get on, and she turned out to be hilarious! Ahhh... But anyway, I hate some of the people in my school. No, I despise some of them.

And I hate saying that, it makes me feel so bad =( But I can't help it, I really do not like some of the people in year very much at all. They are inconsiderate bastards. >_< Please tell me I'm not the only one who has despised someone? And someone you know physically... not a celebrity like say.. Paris Hilton. Though I don't despise her.. I just don't like her that much lol.

Anyway.. that maybe one of the things that I write a poem or song about XD

Woah this has turned into a big post.. my biggest, YAY! Not that its full of good stuff, but yeah.. WOO!

Anyway, its Friday, I can relax a bit. Though I have maths coursework to do and Biology and Physics GCSE Modules to revise for, for Monday! >_<

Ohwell.. I'll leave it there.

Its been good to get this out. =) Thank you for listening/reading.
